The legend of Excalibur

Long ago,in ancient times, the noble King Uther reigned the land. He had a son, a precious boy.

The restless Arthur, as he was called. But the king became ill from a fatal flu and now the kingdom was forever doomed. He put young Arthur into Merlin´s care. For he knew the wizard would protect the heir.

Before the King died,he took his sword and placed Excalibur deep in a stone. Then Merlin cursed the metal grip and threw a spell to seal the deal: "Only he who removes this sword shall be considered the rightful Lord".

 The rumour spread across the land and thousands came to take their chance. ot even the strongest could pull out the sword. Excalibur rested safe in the stone.  Time went by and with no king.

Great Britain knew its darkest years. The evil spread and there were wicked ways across a land now in dispair.

Morgana and Mordred, and more like them, felt this was time for them to reign. And so they did, with no approval from those who knew that they were cruel.

But the time would come, asi it always does, to see the promised path fullfilled. The noble boy was now a man, the rightful king to rule this land.
